Well it is the season again.
The winter dwellers are coming out of their boats, and life is coming back to the Marina !
The sun is up it is a cool April day, the shrinkwrap is off, the deck is somewhat cleaned up, and we are getting ready to move over to Winthrop.
There is a lot of work to be done, eventually Nomad will get it's mast back which is waiting at Crystal Cove Marina in Winthrop. We will have better sealed deck hardware, new windwane, new autopilot, new anchor light, and a working spreadeer light.
We will be going on a boatless vacation for a week, to sunny Florida.
After that, towards the end of April, we are off to Winthrop.

OK Folks !
Who did this !
Nomad's nose was painted. In a rather artful way.
I can quite well guess who that was !
A particular neighbor of ours, probably got the inspiration after they got their shrinkwrap down. She must have climbed up on his shoulders. The eyes are almost 8 feet off the ground !
You shouldhave signed it Kristi !

I wish we had done it at the beginning of the season !

Next year.... wait till next year ! we will have grafitti wars :):):) !

I started working with FullMoonCharter.com to help a friend out. It is a beautiful boat, and we are doing sunset cruises, weddings, sunday brunches. Afternoon and evening cruises are also in the hopper.
So if you know somebody who is interested in chartering a boat for an afternoon or more in Boston Harbor, check out the FullMoon

Well, the original plan was to stay put for a year and save some money so that we could take an extended vacation. That did not work out. We both got too stircrazy. So we will take a vacation from our life and go down to Florida, spend a few days in Miami Beach and then go to Key West.

When We come back I will be busy with Nomad Projects.
1- Rewire the mast, install TV andtenna, new lights
2- Install Autopilot
3-Re-chaulk the windows stanction bases and chainplates

Well, I finally was able to organize my website and at the same time add some terrific features.
I am planning to make it a quality resource for myself, friends, and anyone else who are getting lost with the abundance of unorganized jungle of internet resources.
