Gunk in Our Tank
We were up early today waiting for Kevin (mechanic). Kevin canceled his appointment yesterday and rescheduled for this morning. When Kevin arrived he and Greg got busy crimping the 4 gauge wire (oops) and looking at the gunk in our tank. Greg's concerns of the gunk in our fuel tank being rust were confirmed when Kevin put a magnet in the tank and pulled-out a lot of gunk/rust. With magnet in hand Greg continued to remove as much rust as possible from the tank. Once completed he removed any remaining small particles and impurities by "polishing the fuel." Then we took Abigail Grace for a motor and she ran without issue. We finished up our day by preparing for departure in the morning - I actually said departure :)
