Palm Trees
Although we haven't gone far since starting our adventure we have spent the last seven days on an Island with Palm Trees (palm-ish). Today we departed Spring Cove Marina Solomon's Island MD for Reedville VA. We left the dock at 08:06 and arrived in Reedville VA at approximately 15:30. On our way to Reedville we saw a tug pushing a barge full of what appeared like sand, large ships/freighters, and lots of people on boats of all sizes fishing. At the start of our trip the seas were rough but as the day went on they settled and upon entering Ingram Bay were flat. Once in Ingram Bay we motored up Cockrell Creek anchoring across from the "stack". The "stack" is on our starboard side and is luminated. To our port is a marina and a work boat dressed in lights. Our anchorage is peaceful and quiet as we settle in for dinner and the evening. Tomorrow onto Deltaville.
