Iced In
We woke this morning to find we were iced in. Yes, the ICW was ice and the Abigail Grace frozen and still in the water. You could see the ice and how it buckled and froze around the pilings. Greg and the dock master each threw a rock into the ICW but they just bounced and rolled along on top of the ice. Later, we saw two large yachts go bye very slowly breaking and pushing the ice as they motored along. You could hear the crushing noise of the ice against the boats as they pushed through. After some morning chores, Greg and I walked to the supermarket to pick-up some fresh veggies, fruit, and a few other items. We also met another couple staying on a small sailboat up from us. They are Tom and Gabriel from Sweden.
