Swimming in the Tropics
05 December 2013 | Punta de Mita, Banderas Bay, MX
We have been cruising for 2 ½ years and for the first time we are in water warm enough to swim comfortably without a shorty wetsuit. The photo shows the Admiral climbing down the swim ladder into the water. There is a 2.5 knot current in the anchorage, that could carry us out into the open ocean. So, I rigged a long floating line from Adesso, that we hung onto to ensure that we weren’t swept away. Surrounded by small fish, predator birds were diving into the water just a few feet away from us.
It’s a Wonderful Life – On Adesso!
