We got Ahmeek moved from the storage yard to the work yard so we can prepare for going into the water. As there are no slips available in the marina at this time, once we get lauched we will need to go out to anchor. Because of this we want to get everything loaded up, including all our food provisions, while still in the work yard. Everything while at anchor will need to go out by way of our dinghy. We delayed our launch date to Wednesday to give ourselves plenty of time to get things done in the yard at an easy pace.

Included in our provisions is cat food for four cats. Since it is very hard to find quality cat food in Mexico, we bring enough for our entire stay:
Everything being loaded on the boat while in the yard had to go up a 15 foot ladder. We did haul up a lot using rope however. The cats needed special handling. We tried to get them to climb up a rope to deck level by themselves, but they didn't seem to want to do that, so Sherie had to haul them up by hand:
