A New Addition to the Family

No...no...not that kind of addition...we have grandkids for heaven's sake.
We bought a camper.
Pictured above is our new truck and slide-in camping unit that we thought would be a good addition to the family. For a modest financial commitment, it gives us the ability to travel inexpensively and independently. It's physically compact because we didn't want to drag a large trailer behind us, and yet, it gives us a surprisingly large living space when we need it.
Most importantly this summer it will give a pair of land-locked sailors the opportunity to see things and go places they haven't had the time to do when the boat's in the water.
So, in addition to our boat "Leeway", and our dinghy "Weeway", we now have ......
"FREEWAY"
