Even Paradise has rainy days and yesterday was one. Not a bad rainy day, however. There was a lot of thunder and some lightening but never close to us. I put the computer and VHF in the oven anyway - just to be sure, but nothing ever came close to us. It rained off and on, mostly on. I made my bread (had to take the computer, etc. out first!! - and a hearty beef stew to go with the bread for supper. Other than that, we read, swam, relaxed. Deb took a nap in the afternoon. Eventually the sun came out and we had a pleasant late afternoon and sunset (into clouds, not into the ocean). This morning the sun is out, so after breakfast we will start using the hookah. Can't wait.
