Safe & Sound

Well it turns out that hauling was a good strategy. Anastasia fared very well through Hurricane Irene. The tide rose to about 2' on her keel but she stayed rested safely on the stands through the high winds and rain. On our inspection we found absolutely no damage.

Now it is time for her month of work to begin. Typically, we spend the end of summer preparing her for the next cruising season. The only difference this summer is that we are leaving a bit earlier to head north to Annapolis for the boat shows! So lets get to work!
