Here is one more list. On it you will find all of the other must-haves that I can think of.

Flat Sheets for bedding (fitted sheets do not work well in the v-berth)

Canvas Collapsible Bucket (indispensible)

3-Way Plug Extender (makes extension cords triple efficient)

Batteries-lots

Hanging Gear Hammock (great for veggies, clothes, etc.)

Yellow Tack Putty (teachers use this, great for securing pictures at the corners)

Dust-Buster (small enough to fit under the counter for us)

Soy Candles (no soot)

Damp Rid (for inside of lockers and cabinets)

LED Touch Lights (inside cabinets, lockers, under companionway steps)

External Hard Drive

Small Flashlights (put them everywhere)

Gripper/Nonskid Pads

Velcro (preferably on a cut-to-length roll)

White Vinegar (multipurpose cleaner, great "head-soak")

Tube Socks for wine/liquor storage

Vacuum Sealer (when buying things in bulk like: coffee, sugar, flour this makes it easy to reduce them a useable size)

Pressure Cooker (indispensible)

Knife Sharpener (compact & handheld)

Lighters & Matches

Rags (we keep ours in the lazarette ready to grab and soak up spills)

Cork Board (we use Velcro to attach this to the wall and always have something to peg to it)

Mosquito Coils (great for no-see-ums)

Bug Spray (get the good-smelling kind)

Egg Timer (from bread to watches, this is great)

Small Baskets (great to wedge somewhere and keep things contained)

Eye Glass Tool Kit (sunglasses do not last as long at sea)

WD-40

Insulated Cold Food Bag (we keep one of these in the backpack incase we buy something cold while out)

Canvas Bags (these are strong and fold up nicely)

Backpack (a must, get a comfortable and strong one)

Dry Bags (a backpack that is a dry bag is a plus)

Bungee Cords (lots, all sizes)

Extra Deck Keys (and put a key float on it)

Clothes Pins/Clips (all sizes on these too, I am always hanging things to dry)

Tools, Tools and more Tools (need I say more?)

Movies (for those nights when a book is not enough)

Books (hit up a thrift store for these, you will find a lot of book exchanges along the way and if you paid a lot for your books, you may not be so keen on giving them up)

There is always more. Make your suggestions via comments below.
