The countdown has begun... September 20th we will leave Houston for 3 weeks and fly to Boston/Falmouth to begin the adventure of moving Surprise down the east coast. Our goal is to get to Norfolk where we will leave her for a few weeks and then return to take her to Savannah where she will spend November and December. Then into Florida and down to the clear blue water of ....I'm not exactly sure, but it's going to be fabulous.

We have been busy making decisions on what electronics to upgrade on Surprise. It is confusing but since we have Raymarine we are staying with Raymarine. To get the AIS I want we are having to replace our Pathfinder Plus and raydome. We chose the E series widescreen and despite the sticker shock feel really good about the advancements we will enjoy.

We miss her and can't wait to be on her again.
