¤131 nautical miles in the last 24 hours, 290 completed with 249 to go ¤Mother Nature wins every time, we eased the sheets yesterday to make the ride a bit more comfortable, that worked well. Mother Nature went one better for us, the wind eased back to 5 to 6 knots making our ride a little too comfortable, the sea flattened down, the swell has almost stopped altogether but our boat speed has also dropped down to 3 to 4 knots pushing our eta out by at least one day maybe two days, only time will tell. We find it amazing that we have not laid eyes on another vessel since leaving Bora Bora, it does make one feel like we are the only crazy people out here, maybe we are.¤Just as we near the end of day 2, the breeze is starting to fill in again, we now have a steady 11 knots almost on the nose making us close reach at just over 6 knots. By the way we are now over the halfway mark.¤Life is very cruisey on Annecam.
