Have you ever had the feeling that everything was slowing down, no matter how hard you tried you could feel the resistance and it was starting to take forever to get anywhere, if so you are not alone. There is help and as we found out the best helping hand was right on the end of our arms, well it’s time to come clean haha or should I say it was time to identify the problem and definitely time to take immediate action before we had to seek professional help. It was time to clean the bottom of our dinghy we affectionately call Macenna (Annecam spelt backwards).
The photo is pretty self-explanatory and this is the growth we had on Macenna after just on five and a half weeks here in Sydney Harbour, so you can just imagine what the bottom of Annecam looks like after almost five months since our last haul out and that was in Vuda Marina, Fiji.
The heatwave that I mentioned in the last blog looks like it will not be as bad here on the harbour as it will be for most of inland Australia, we also have the advantage of jumping in for a swim if it gets too hot.
The dumbest people I know are those who say they know it all.
