We have arrived on the Spanish mainland in Altea. It was an easy but slow sail all the way. Without any tacks, we just used a poled out genoa for most of the way. It is great to get away from the discos of Ibiza, no we did not go to any but they were so loud that anchored out in the bays the music still made the boat shake.
Just to break the boredom right in the middle of the passage we managed to hook and land a nice tuna of about 35 kilograms. It was almost hard work to retrieve this fish without slowing Annecam down from the nice 7 knot run we had going at the time. Thanks goes to Isabelle the 200 metres of line out the back to the lure did the trick.
We are now back in a marina, this is the first time in over a month that Annecam has been in one. We have still half of the water left we took to fill our tanks in Villasimius, so if we keep our water usage down we know that we can get about two months out of a single fill.
