Today was a good productive day for us, first of all we managed to find a Vodafone shop and recharge our wifi and purchase a new sim card for our phone. We then hiked up to the beautiful church of La Mare de Déu del Consol ("Our Lady of Solace") apart from the distinctive blue domed roof it looked like any church one would come across but once inside the attention to detail was breathtaking, we even found that there was an uncanny resemblance in some of the statues to people we know back in Australia.
We also made good use of the marina laundry and the lovely supply of fresh water to do several loads of washing both in the laundry and in our own washing machine on Annecam.
As it is almost dinner time over in this part of the world, I just asked Annie what she would like me to cook for us and she came up with a suggestion that we should have some tuna, yes we do still have quite a lot of that last fish to get through and it is our goal not to have to throw any of it out.
Life is always exciting on Annecam.
