Bound for the Bahamas: Cruising on M/V Annie M.
Farewell to the Bahamas
Pam

Today we left the West End Settlement at Grand Bahama Island to make the Gulf Stream Crossing going north and west back to Florida. The crossing started out a bit rolly with beam swells, but smoothed out as we got further away from land. Our destination is Fort Pierce where we will clear Customs and Immigration, wash down our salt-encrusted Annie, and stock up on food and wine for the return trip up the ICW to New England.

This shot of Jeff and Leksi coming back from the beach after an early morning pee run just about says it all - the joy and exuberance we felt each day waking up to this glorious water and life and these lovely islands and people. It's the memory of Jeff and Leksi that I'll bottle up and save.

Now for the trip back north to see all our dear family and friends.... It's been amazing!

What a life...

A long way from the streets of Bangkok.... Lek Maak has been so great! She's such a little gamer....
