It has been a really busy two weeks preparing for, and then participating in the Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta. Hunter crewed on Genesis, the Carriacou Sloop for the four races and I split my time between the press boat, Atrevida and Rebecca of Vineyard Haven. Atrevida came from Brazil for the race and the Brazilian owners were so gracious about having a guest reporter aboard.
The day on Rebecca of Vineyard Haven was really fun because I had a place on the crew and sails to man. Unfortunately the winds were so light and progress was so slow the race committee abandoned the race. We came to the dock with Scottish music playing and we all donned tams with red hair sticking out.
