We are on day 3 offshore as we approach Bermuda. We can see the dot on the chart plotter now instead of following this dotted line to some imaginary place off the chart. The big question now is do we make our way to the customs anchorage late at night or slow down and enter the St. Georges cut at first light? All depends on waves and wind tonight. At the moment gusting to 20 knots with lumpy waves that toss us around every so often. But it is comfortable, safe and dry on the good ship Arielle. And that is a lot to be thankful for when in a small boat out at sea.
