Les Saintes

Had an easy ride over from St. Pitre Guadeloupe, to Les Sainte, a group of 8 small islands that is part of Guadeloupe -- and therefore French and no need clear in -- but an official just came out in a tender to tell us we had to move to behind the yellow bouys. So that means turning the engines back on and hauling up anchor. We had wondered about the yellow bouys -- now we know.

We Love the French for their Food

It kills me-- all this cheese (and there was a separate cheese counter as well), and ironically they only stock fat-reduced creme fraiche!
