after our summer break we are back on the boat in Panama and getting organised for our next step which we hope will be crossing of the Pacific to New Zealand if all is well with the boat. We arrived in Panama January 5. and are refitting the boat. We expect to be here for another month.

We have been on the boat for two weeks now, and are acclimatizing as well as expected! It is 34 degrees C /68 degrees F, and humid. At home in Scotland it is freezing and there is snow.
We are getting sorted after our break in and David has been working like stink to get lists of items and prices of replacements. At present he is ordering some of the necessary equipment, and when it comes, we are out of here.plans are still to head South, pick up crew from home before or on Islas de los Perlas.
