Many dolphins, one manatee

Two birds with one shot.
We left St. Augustine yesterday and came south through well-known Florida communities, though they look different from the ICW. We motor'd through Daytona as fast as our three little cylinders would take us... seemed appropriate. We were the second boat (of three) to arrive at a lovely little anchorage called Rockhouse Creek. Islands to the north and south, the ICW to the west, and looking east over the sandbars we could see Ponce (de Leon) Inlet and the Atlantic.
We came down to the Titusville Municipal Marina today as it is supposed to be gusty tonight and tomorrow, and the marina is in a very protected basin. After seeing about 100 manatee protection signs, we finally saw a manatee, so the Admiral is happy. Whether we press on to our interim destination (3 or 4 hours) tomorrow depends on the weather as well as the culinary objectives of the Executive Chef (aka Admiral). Cans are piling up around the boat.
