I'm new to sail blogs and haven't worked it all out yet, and as Avolare will have little access to the internet for some time, it will be a while before anything meaningful appears on this page.

However there is a plan, and it is set firmly in custard.

I expect to depart from Johor Bahru, Malaysia, in the next couple of days, the destination is Rodrigues Island via the Sunda Strait. Some radio problems appear to have been solved, but the self steering systems are as yet untested and are still a worry. We will see.
