The Season Begins...

Glenn
I've enjoyed reading the sailing blogs over the winter. Now it's my turn to give back. We sail the Gulf Islands from the Puget Sound north to Desolation Sound and have been doing this since 1981 on a variety of boats. Our time is limited on the boat due to work, but we do get out for most weekends from April to November and for a two week trip in July. Spring clean-up is about to start....We'll load on some wine....and get this season started! Pictures to follow once I figure it out.

Vessel Name: Bacchus V
Vessel Make/Model: 1986 C+C 35 mk III
Hailing Port: Sidney B.C. on the west coast of Canada
Crew: Glenn and Gaie Judson
About: We're now empty nesters. Where was the larger boat when we really needed the space?
Extra: Bacchus is named for the Roman God of wine and partying. It was a good fit, but it's sometimes interesting crossing the border! 'check that boat for wine!'
