Time well wasted!

Recently our grandson joined us for a day cruise to Sidney Spit, without Mom and Dad. We did all the same things that we did with his father at the same age. I guess even though sand castles have a short life, they are in fact, timeless. We spent a great day touring in the dinghy, building with sand, having snacks and enjoying a nap together in the v-berth. We spent the day, with all the ‘weekend warriors’ at the section of beach that’s known locally as ‘paradise beach’. It was a great day.... ‘Time well wasted!’
