Port Haliguen

Well here we are in a holiday destination on the tip of the Quiberon Peninsular called Port Haliguen (not sure the correct pronunciation as yet but I can spell it correctly!).
Had another blue sky and no wind sail from Lorient on Wednesday, thinking it would be quiet mid-week but didn't take into consideration the fact that the French children are on holiday and that this is like Dawlish, lovely beaches and holiday shops and prices, postcards, ice creams but it's French!!!!
Due to it being a holiday destination there were no spaces on the visitors pontoon so we called the Port Office and they very kindly gave us a berth so for those following our trip on Marine Traffic that was the reason we did lots of circles. The staff are lovely as are the facilities; however I can't get my head around it being everyone in together. Graham tells me there are urinals on the right hand side of the facilities so why did I find men in the ones on the left???? And they weren't good looking or young either.....I know it's the French way! Lots of loos and showers and hot water to die for so we have decided to give it a 4, for anyone following my system of scoring the facilities.
We are not sure how long we will be here but at least until the weekend as there are thunder storms and showers forecast over the weekend.
