The weather heats up

June in Sardinia is so special - perfect temperature without the crowds of July and August. We are just loving exploring this area on our own boat and having no timetable. Loving Italian food - provisioning is a joy - pasta, olive oil, pecorino, aubergines, rosy red tomatoes - what more do you want?
Had a fantastic week with Jimma Dillon - lovely sailing, explored some wonderful places including Bonifacio (our fourth time there and we never tire of it), the eerie island of Levezzi, the gorgeous coastline around Porto Raphael and of course the upmarket designer resort of Porto Cervo.
