Sea bearth

Bill
As it turns out, none of the photos we took of the "house" turned out well... so, on the starboard side. BTW we made this lee cloth with mesh, which we found is cooler and light weight. On this trip we left the foot of it open so we could crawl in and out...
Isobel has constucted a "house" out of her sea bearth. Underway we all move into the saloon. Lara and I "hot bunk" on the starboard side, meaning that we share the same bearth since we are never asleep at the same time. Isobel is on the port side, which is out of the way. She has used clothes pins, sarongs and sheets to build an enclosure... with an opening at the aft end for the fan to blow into... and an opening in the forward end where she can crawl in and out. She has spent a lot of time in there recently prolifically producing art work in anticipation of Lara's birthday....
