The new fuse block for the fridge and water maker. It doesn't look like much...
Here is what happens when a boat project happens:
The other day our water maker pump started sounding funny... after some diagnosis, none of the easy solutions worked... so I pulled out the spare pump and set up to change them out.
Well, as it turns out, the water maker was so well designed and engineered that there was very little wire wasted to connect the fan to the water maker... making it very hard to just remove the cooling fan... so I could remove the pump. So, I decided to rewire the water maker... and if I was going to do that, I should install a new fuse block. To get at the wiring on the water maker, I have to take the whole thing off the wall... And If I am going to do that, I should reroute the wiring for the fridge to use the same fuse block and make it easier to remove the water maker from the wall... And if I do that, wouldn't this be the time to change the plumbing to make it easier to service the water maker?....NO!! Stop!...
So, there is always another thing to do, while you are doing something else... and the trick is to determine where to say STOP.
