Overhead wires

02 October 2013
I was busy making scrabble eggs on toast for breakfast when I noticed Steve's concerned face, we were about to go under the overhead wires, we had read about them, we have even gone under them before so we knew that there wouldn't be a problem, however its an optic illusion that the mast appears so close to the wires and its one of Steve's greatest fear. He was so concern looking up the mast that he forgot to check the depth sounder and he came off course into the shallow part of the channel. Not exactly where we were planning to wait for the raising tide but not much we could do.
