Good to Be Back

A couple of days later found us at Sampson Cay, one of our favorites, and we spent a two days getting into the cruising mode again. It's hard to leave such nice areas but we are trying to get south to the Ragged Islands so we left in brisk SE winds again but tried to stay on the banks side and weaved our way through the shallows on the banks side of the Cays.

| About: | Greg and Maggie along with their trusty golden retriever Holly (RIP 2010) have taken off for a small sabbatical to cruise the intracoastal waterway to Florida and the Bahamas. They did this 15 years ago and couldn't wait to do it again...and again...and again. |
| Extra: | Brio is a PDQ Altair (32 ft.) Catamaran. The name is Italian as in the musical notaion "con brio: to play music with enthusiasm and vigor". Although small, Brio has been a wonderful boat for the Chesapeake and now for our new adventures. |
