We had a nice lunch in Zihuatanejo on Easter Sunday. The holiday is a big deal in Mexico, with lots of decorations and festivals.

Yesterday the rebuilt engine was delivered by panga to our boat. This time the engine was quite a bit heavier since it was fully assembled. In the photo we're hoisting the engine out of the panga (using our boom and winches) before swinging it over our boat and lowering it down the companionway.
We got the engine running and are letting it idle for a 10 hour break-in period.

We were visited by an enormous crocodile in the marina. The croc seemed to be begging for handouts, and we complied.
You can't get a diver to clean your boat bottom or change zincs in the marina, because the crocs are too dangerous.
