The winds have shifted in our favor, they are now coming from the South-East and thus pushing us toward the mainland. The light winds of yesterday have increased to 14 knots today so that we don't need the engine and we have nice sailing.

Meanwhile we are working on projects: I have made a temporary fix for the portable generator. I've removed the automatic controls from the throttle and replaced it with a manual screwdriver setting. This should enable us to use the generator at night to keep the batteries charged again.

Meanwhile Pete and Jay are working to clear a blockage in the head discharge line. The hose was clogged with mineral deposits and remnants of an old paper towel. They got that cleared and are now in process of reinstalling the hose.

Sailing conditions are pleasant with the wind coming from the rear quarter. In the last 24 hours we covered 145 nautical miles.
