A family tree
17 July 2013 | North Haven
Our North Haven cousins Elinor and Gerry had us to dinner at their lovely home with the panoramic view of the Thorofare. We got to meet a whole tableful of the extended clan. The next morning we ventured over to the cute as a button boathouse on Ames Point. We had heard there was a large family tree tacked on the wall. Sure enough, someone had drawn the tree on a giant piece of cardboard, probably to show all the young cousins summering on the island how they were related. All the way back to the first Norwood Penrose Hallowell, Gerry's great grandfather. I'm sure there is at least one more generation to be added.
