Benicia here we come

Orrin Cold, wet, windy
Well the Admiral got a 5 day weekend Thanks to old Honest Abe, and the rest of the white house residents.
Unfortunately I had to work today, so tomorrow morning were going to try and get out on the water early catch the outgoing tide and sail to Benicia. Famous as a bedroom community for San Francisco and also home of the MothBall Fleet.
We have reservations for an overnight slip at the municipal marina, $21 per night, not bad I think for a slip with power, showers and bathrooms. Also it is a 2 block stroll to their downtown which I am told is very quaint with some nice restaurants

We plan on staying one night, then sailing back on Saturday, it looks like the weather will be wet and cold, but there will be winds, so I need to get my reefing system setup, as I will probably be single handing most of the trip.

As usual pictures to follow.
