While we were in Sint Maarten we got a new dinghy - a "RIB" (with a fiberglass bottom). Sint Maarten is the shopping place of the Caribbean and all is duty free. We got a Caribe brand which has an outlet in Annapolis. It works well with our 8 HP motor (even planes with both of us and the old dinghy rolled up in it). We also picked up a few parts we needed --, most notably another pump (#3) for the watermaker. Sam picked up the "Sint Maarten crud" while there and it took Cipro to get him healthy again.

We ran into Our Island from the 1500 and toured the island (for the 3nd time). We saw many beautiful harbors and the "playground of the rich and famous" at the end of Simpson Logoon. The picture is on the tour oberlooking the beautiful harbor of Anse Marcel -- on the French side.
