After a 5 day sail from Apia, Western Samoa with constant 20-25 knot SE wind, we arrived in Savu in the early morning. We tied up to the new "Q" (quarantine) dock and were checked in by about early afternoon. We had made a reservation for dock space, so we are tied to the dock.

Several people we know are here. It is good to renew friendships. We have a long "to do" list and we will check as much off as we can before the long trek to Majuro in the Marshall Islands. Being an El Niño year, the game rules seem to have changed a bit. We are trying to assess and leave to arrive there by December 1. It is about 1500 nMiles and a two week trip crossing the equator again.
