The weather was nasty today with rain and bumping around with the boat. Also a lot of big boat traffic, so he got to enjoy all that nice weather outside the boat trying to spot the freighters. Since he is close to land, he is up all night. The motors are on and the tides are strong, so even when he has them to their max, the boat is not moving as fast as it seems. The lights on land are now visible.
