Well, here we go... round 3. I noticed the Mac 65 that was enroute from the Carib to Florida has been offered by two others before I got a chance. The broker said the first offer fell thru and the second was under consideration and then I'm up. The best part is that the first 2 potential buyers were trying to secure financing and I don't have to. I have cash to deal with and that makes all the difference int he world. You know how it goes, money talks and BS walks.
August is fast approaching and the first week is all about shopping. In october we're headed for Hawaii and taking a look over there in person. In Waikiki at the harbor is two boats to check out and considering the lack of panic on our part we should be able to work a great deal.
