Charlie
We've seen winds a bit lighter than predicted and have been running the engine. We couldpossibly use just a teensy bit more wind...but be careful what you ask for.
We've had beautiful sunny days with just a bit of patchy fog in the mornings. With all the sunshine, the cabin and cockpit have stayed warm in the high 60s.
Have seen 4 icebergs in the distance and we'll continue NE to about 51N 49W to stay east of most of the bergs reported by Canadian Ice. before turning north.
For good luck, we all went to Trapper John's to be "Screeched In" to Newfoundland. The ceremony includes saying something, drinking something, and kissing something native to Newfoundland. The "kissing" is, unfortunately, not the bar girl, but you have to kss a codfish. Cathy was a real toorper!
