A fine Pac Cup send off from the Berkeley Yacht Club (BYC) today! Steve and Kelvin helped me bring Cetacea over to the BYC guest dock for the party, which was aptly Hawaiian themed with everything from a roast pig to Hawaiian music and song. Having sent many folks off to sail the Pac Cub since its inception in 1980, the BYC had many memories, photos, and stories to share. We even decorated the dining room with shirts from previous Pac Cups, meaning there was clothing in the room that's sailed further than I have yet.. hmmm. All in all a great a time, and just another event to raise the level of excitement and anticipation as the departure date draws near!
