Up early today. Had breakfast and then washed the boat. We had been delinquent on getting rid of the salt water and birdie doo. Charabia looked wonderful when we were done. Walked over to the town square and checked out the local market ware. Then walked the far docks and enjoyed the Sunday cruisers' market. They had everything from clothes to food to souvenirs. Bought a few things. There was a Canadian baker with bagels and cinnamon buns. He had the longest line of customers. We bought some bagels and I asked if he would open a fresh box of cinnamon buns. The reason I asked is that the top box was almost sold out and the remaining buns were being eaten by some flies. He was happy to co-operate and everyone is line spoke up wanting some too. Walked back to the boat. Mark added a waterproofing layer on our bimini while I did some dinner prep. Also, baked some brownies. Mike and Lara were at our marina on a very fancy big power boat which took them up the coast for a few hours. We saw their boat return an collected them. When we got to Charabia, we untied the lines headed out for a sail in the Cape. We were back to the dock within a couple of hours. We saw some whales, dolphins and sea birds. We had some appetizers and enjoyed a hot dinner. Mark plugged in the under water light which attracted an assortment of fish. We took a walk on the break water and were able to see another boat with under water lights. There were some large fish swimming in the blue lights. We walked up to La Cruz where Mike and Lara found a taxi and left around 9:30. We are late with our blog today. We can hear some rock-n-roll music from a bar close to the marina.
