We took a little longer route to be able to drive through the Inagh Valley, beautiful vistas in every direction as sheets of rain and wind alternated with brief sunny flashes. a ver special and remote area.

After a nice night and morning in the big smoke of Galway, we made our way along the coast. withstanding the whipping cold wind we made a quick exploration of a beach. heather is saying, take the picture before the wind blows me off the rock

While I was fishing Heather was enjoying our fine fall weather kayaking and enjoying the views of Bantry Bay and the mountains of the Beara Peninsula from the water. Our friends Guy and Clare left their kayaks with us since we are right on the bay, and we have the inflatable boat with outboard of our landlords the Kilroys for fishing. Almost has me started thinking about a sailboat ......
