42 Days Until Julie Comes Back

28 August 2007 | Panama City, Panama
Chris
It was a sad day today as we said goodbye to Julie who is flying to the US for the next few weeks. She will rejoin us in early October when my sister comes to meet up with us in Costa Rica.

In the mean time Andrew and I will take Cisnecito from Panama to Costa Rica. Andrew was promoted to today and therefore spent his day procuring groceries. He also bought a speargun and other toys. I spent the day stowing the boat and fixing minor things.

Tomorrow we are planning to meet a fellow cruiser who has a copy of a guide book we would like to have for Central America. As soon as we get the guide book, we are planning to check out with the authorities, load up on diesel and gasoline, and get underway.

Above is an old picture but one of my favorites. Just Julie and kayak going out to explore some remote bay and get some exercise somewhere in the world. Miss you already!
