Andrew Fillets Spotted Mack

We decided to move anchorages today. After Andrew headed in to shore for fresh veggies and gasoline, and I spent some time with the watermaker, replacing the 50 micron filter, we headed out.
We hooked a small striped tuna and then a small bonito both which we let go because they were not our preferred catch. A little while later we hooked a good sized spotted mackerel, which in my opinion is one of the best barbecued fishes in the sea and makes a pretty savory ceviche as well.
