After two days of boat work we left marina Puesta del Sol to head north. Ideally we are headed 570 miles to Haultuco, Mexico which is past El Salvador, Guatemala and the Gulf of Tehuantepec, Mexico. However, the latter is know for a very strong local wind called a Tehuantepecers, which can reach storm force for several days. Currently a Tehuantepecer is blowing but it is supposed to die out before we are there.
