I took the Shelter Bay Marina shuttle into town to run some errands. Sadly, the city looks to be in even worse shape than it was when we were last here 2.5 years ago. Although it does not feel significantly more dangerous, the extreme poverty is glaring.
On the other side of the bay, it's nice in Shelter Bay Marina. We've been trying to get caught up on emails and internet and get the boat ready for our last six months of sailing. We bought a new traveler (ours broke in Antigua Race Week) which we need to install - if only it would stop raining for more than three hours at a time.
