Tonia is here for the weekend. To celebrate her birthday Al treated us to Milestones. This is becoming our"go to" restaurant because of its accessibility for Al and the food is good too. The last time we were out to dinner with Tonia was for
Fathers Day. That was just before Al's surgery and before our life went upside down.
Tonia was the recipient of the Mohair Mittens, good for winter in Montreal.
The three of us went to the west end to my sisters for Pizza last night. Al did the whole trip using just his quad cane. Tonight we used the wheelchair fearing if Al just used his cane it could be exhausting and if crowded it could be dangerous for him.
This week saw lots of improvement in stability and gaining more independence. Progress continues.
