Shower Days and shower nights
05 November 2015
Toby Hynes
I am not sure my first email went out so I will start today by telling you, perhaps again, these notes are to Friends, Great Mentors, Family members, Golf Buddies, Fishing buddies... ALL, people I would love to see again!
Last night, dodging squalls with Radar and Sirius Weather, we almost stayed dry. I CAN REPORT THE BOAT IS NOW VERY CLEAN. Seas have been wonderfully flat. SO, TODAY IS ALSO PERSONAL SHOWER DAY. At a twenty to thirty degree heel, or rough seas, Showers take a back seat to everything. At 33 degrees Latitude (think North Carolina, it's getting a little stinky.
Lasagna just went out to thaw for tonights meal. Jack Stavana and John Driscoll have the fishing lines out. The Gulf Stream crossing point is just two hours ahead. Mahi-Mahi could trump Lasagna.
Crew bets have been placed their bets on arrival time, Land Ho and time "trough the cut". Hopefully all Sunday mporning!
