Well, the rains finally came and we got to spend an entire week (with the above exception) safely below. Just how long can one enjoy polishing brasswork?

We've owned SC for over two years and it is finally time to have her hauled.......to remove the small forest that had grown on her bottom......and to apply a bright and shiny new topside finish. The saga continues........

Southern Cross and her Crew spent a wonderfully peaceful Mother's Day anchored near San Jose Island in Aransas Bay. The sky was clear, the winds were soft and the temperature was perfect. We even caught a couple of Red Fish for dinner.
