After a quiet evening anchored at Treasure Cay, Atremis motored down the Sea of Abaco to Hope Town and its unique lighthouse.

It's hard to believe that there were gale force winds only two days ago.

It is said that the beach at Treasure Cay is among the most beautiful in the world. One can easity believe it. The sand is pure white and is always cool to walk on.

Saturday was a day filled with fun from the island fundraiser at Man O' War Fair, which benefited the island schools. It was a great flea market where we bought food items, treasures for Southern Cross, food items, a beautiful hibiscus plant, and more food items. Had a great time meeting many of R & T's friends on the island. After the fair, we took a great walk exploring the island. Absolutely beautiful! (I hope Gary will put some of his pictures of the island on this entry.) Water is crystal clear and during a dinghy ride we saw many beautiful, large, bright red starfish. They certainly did not look like what I have seen on the Texas coast.

Sunday was a day of wind! Gusts up to 41 knots (which relates to 47 mph)! Before the winds came up we walked to the other end of the island, getting caught in rain and wind. Needless to say when we returned to the boat, we stayed. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better weather day when we might get to take ARTEMIS out.
